Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide in plastic-free packaging. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days domestically and 10–20 business days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $100 (domestic only).
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Exchanges ship free; for refunds, the original shipping cost is deducted.
Replacement parts, including frames, wool beds, and straps, can be ordered separately. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Warranty
All Alder & Ash products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase.
